JGOURMET is a catering company specialising in Japanese cuisine.
The logo design combines the shape of a ladle with the letter ‘J’ from ‘Japanese’ to create
a modern aesthetic.
Additionally, the ‘J’ from ‘JGOURMET’ symbolises ‘Joyful Taste,’ reflecting the brand’s essence.
Orange was chosen as the logo colour for its association with pleasure in colour psychology and its ability to stimulate appetite.

CHARACTER HISTORY
Rice Boy, the mascot of JGOURMET, is inspired by sushi rice, with its white colour resembling a chef’s jacket. To reflect the company’s identity, Rice Boy wears a blue apron, mirroring the attire of our master chef. The organic concept of both the character and the brand is further emphasised by incorporating the ‘J’ from the JGOURMET logo as the character’s nose. Versatile in application, Rice Boy can be adapted for various events by changing its apron or facial expressions.
